Barbeque Weather Trousers! Goody!
With the weather improving again, I am leafing through my 2010 clothing and oops-a-daisy, my pants are all too long! What with all the forecast good weather, friends are beginning to give out invites to BBQs and I quickly need to find a pair of cropped trousers.
Luckily, I've just found this brand called Gardeur trousers. Every year they redesign their styles and 2011 is no exception with their summer range, and that includes their cropped trousers. Hence this year they have very trendy 60's look cropped pants while last year they had 3/4 length ones. They look really great and I can imagine them on for barbeques with friends and family or enjoying a cocktail on the deck on balmy summer evenings. Why not look and see? The three colors are inspired this year: cherry pink, soft blue denim and a neutral stone. Great for many-a-wardrobe. They are super with a top without sleeves and waterfall cardi and low heeled shoes.
But they do a lot more than just cropped pants. There are other summer trousers to choose from too. They do great Gardeur jeans that actually fit (I bought a pair of their genius jeans in the winter in a really deep blue that didn't fade). They restyle the jeans each year. So in winter you could choose black and dark blue ones and this summer the trend has changed hence its pale blue or stonewash. For cycling enthusiasts or the beach holiday they have cotton jeans too and the chinos are really laid back affairs. They have white ones which look great for the beach or strutting your stuff on the harbors in Southern Europe!
Pull out the BBQ from the attic, girls and start cooking those sausages! Summer has finally arrived.
